Local ingredients are important to us. Our chips are cooked in premium, non-GMO canola oil – sourced directly from family-owned farms in the Lowcountry and South East.
And if we’re making a low country chip, we’re making it with low country salt. We season every chip with local Bull’s Bay Sea salt – harvested just 60 miles from our kitchen in Charleston.
