Description
This Red is produced using traditional Rhône process of Pigeage where all the grapes are crushed by foot. Each wine ferments separately, and then drained, pressed to tank and racked to 60-gallon French oak barrels before lees aging and blending. This wine is complex and old-worldly with earth and mineral along with wildly exotic fruit, and an attractive soft finish. Regularly referred to as the best example of an old-world blend made today in California
